Drawing Files in AutoCAD won't open

Issue

Drawing files wont open and the following dialog box is showing:

 Solutions

  1. Open a blank DWG and run the "RECOVER" in the command line and then select the problematic file. AutoCAD will attempt to recover the file and open it.
  2. Open a blank DWG and run the "RECOVERALL" in the command line which recovers or audits DWG, DWT, and DWS files.
  3. Type INSERT at the command line and then select the file.
  4. Another option would be to change to *.BAK file to a .DWG , to do this follow the path :              Computer/LocalDisk(C:)/Users/Username/AppData/Local/Temp , Locate the *.BAK file and rename .BAK to .DWG
