Permissions to use software are automatically assigned to the email address and Autodesk Account used to purchase the subscription through the online Autodesk Store. The purchaser, who automatically becomes the administrator and the authorized user, must assign permissions to allow access by other users.
Your Account administrator did not assign you permissions to use the software. If you were given a serial number by an administrator but were not added as an authorized user on the administrator’s account, you will experience this error. Ask the administrator (Contract Manager or Software Coordinator) for your Autodesk software to assign permissions to use the software to your Autodesk Account email address.
